Visas
European Union citizens
Holders of a passport from a European Union country are entitled to travel and enter into Ireland freely and are not required to obtain an Irish visa to enter Ireland.
Non-European Union citizens – who do not require a visa
The Irish government has agreements with a number of countries worldwide, that allows passport holders from those countries to travel and enter Ireland without an Irish visa. A full list of these countries is available on the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs website (Visa section). Persons from these countries coming to study in our School will be requested to show to immigration officials at Dublin airport upon their arrival a “Letter of Enrolment” confirming their registration in our School.
Non-European Union citizens – who do require a visa
All other persons, who do not fall into the above catagories, will require an Irish visa to enter Ireland. Further information can be obtained from the nearest Irish Embassy or Consulate to you. A full list of Irish Embassies and Consulates abroad can be found at the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs website (Embassies section).
