About Accommodation
This residence is located in a beautifully restored period house. The 20 rooms are all twin bedded rooms and each has its own private bathroom. This accommodation is provided on a part board basis i.e. breakfast and evening meal included and represents excellent value for money.

Student Residence in Dublin City
| Bedroom Includes: | Two single beds, Bed linen and Duvet, Ensuite bathroom (shower, washbasin & toilet). |
| Other facilities: | Study room and TV / Common room. Free internet access available in the study room (common room). |
| Cleaning: | The rooms are cleaned prior to clients arrival and bedlinen is provided once a week. Laundry facilities are provided for students use for a small fee. There is no weekly cleaning service provided with this accommodation. |
| Arrival / Departure | At weekends the residence office is open from 07.00 to 16.00hrs & 20.00 to 22.00hrs. We strongly recommend that flights are booked to arrive at Dublin airport no later than 18.00hrs as this should allow sufficient time for collection of baggage, and travel from Dublin airport to the residence. |
| Security Deposit | The residence will ask for a security deposit of EUR 250 and all students should pay this fee directly to the manager of the residence within the first few days. The security deposoit will be returned to the student at the end of the stay on condition that no damage has been caused to the accommodation or its property. |
