School Residence – The Belfrey

The Belfry Residence is a 3 bedroom townhouse located near Sutton, a suburb of Dublin.   The house is used exclusively by students of  The Horner School of English. 

Sutton is located about 5 kilometres from the City Centre on the north coast.  The train station is situated directly accross the road from The Belfrey.  The journey by Dart Commuter train to Pearse Street station in the city centre is approximately 20 minutes (5 stops).  Trains depart from this station every few minutes.  Sutton is surrounded by many beaches and is a popular place for walking, sailing & other water sports. 

The fishing village of Howth is nearby with many seafood restaurants and cosy pubs to visit. There is a food market every Sunday at Howth harbour which is definately worth visiting.

Car parking is available on site, subject to availability.

This accommodation is sold on a per room basis with shared common facilities.  Each person living at The Belfrey holds a key to their own bedroom and shares the common areas i.e. shared kitchen and living room.

Bedroom One: Double with built in wardrobe and ensuite shower.
Bedroom Two: Single with built in wardrobe.
Bedroom Three: Single with built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: Shower, bath, toilet and wash basin. 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels per person.
Living Area: Sitting room with sofa and chairs, T.V., no telephone. Patio area directly outside.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob and extractor fan. Fridge freezer. Washing machine and dryer. Electric kettle, toaster & Microwave. Four sets of cutlery and crockery.

EUR €240.00 per week (Single Occupancy)
EUR €290.00 per week (Double Occupancy)

with Shared Bathroom:
EUR €220.00 per week (Single Occupancy)

You will be invoiced in advance for the full period of residence. A refundable security deposit of EUR €200.00 will be included on the invoice to cover any possible damage to the property. The security deposit will be returned on departure, subject to the property being clean, tidy and in good order. The accommodation must be left in the same condition as it is found on arrival.

A nominal fee of 10 EUR per person per week will apply towards utility services i.e. electricity, waste, gas etc.

All bookings are subject to H.S.E Administration charge of EUR €51.00.

The townhouse will be cleaned before clients arrival and made ready for immediate occupation. Two sets of bed linen and towels will be provided per room. There is no regular cleaning service provided with this accommodation.

Keys can be collected on arrival by booking our arrival transfer service i.e. you will be met by a member of the Horner School staff and transferred to the apartment. Alternatively you may request delivery of the keys and welcome pack to your home address by airmail post (subject to available time)
