Purpose built, studio style accommodation, in a solar heated building, with wooden floors throughout. There are a total of five bedrooms rooms available, four have double beds and one has twin beds. All rooms can be let for single or double occupancy, on a weekly, monthly or longer basis.

Located in Dublin suburb.

All rooms are en suite. Bathrooms are tiled and have a toilet, wash-hand basin and power shower. There is also a lounge (with TV) for guests use and a separate conservatory for smoking (if required).

Details

Bedrooms	Each bedroom includes either two single beds or one double bed. Bed linen, towels & Duvet.
Bathroom	Each room has a private bathroom.
Kitchen	This small kitchenette provides two sets of cutlery and crockery, Microwave, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster. Welcome pack on arrival containing fruit juice, tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, bread and butter. Cooking facilities are limited and this accommodation will not suit those clients who want to cook meals every day.
Living Area	Two easy chairs, Dining / study table and two chairs, television & direct dial telephone.
Other	Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board on each floor.
Internet Connection	Wireless internet connection provided free of charge.
Cleaning	The apartments are cleaned once a week and bed linen is changed once a week. Laundry Utility room with washing machines available for students use. Cost 5.00 per laundry wash.
Arrival and Departure	As the owners of this accommodation also live in this building, arrival and departure is very flexible.
Security Deposit	A returnable security deposit of EUR €100.00 must be paid on arrival, to cover any breakages – this will be returned on departure if everything is in order.

Location

Dublin 3, approximately 3 miles from the city centre within walking distance of the sea, shops and restaurants. Killester Train station is located approximately 10 minutes walk from the property, providing easy access to the city centre. The journey to Pearse Street Station (near school) takes approximately 15 minutes.

This accommodation is available all year from January to December.
