This accommodation is available throughout the year. 
Spacious, bright and sunny 2 bed apartment featuring all modern conveniences and approx 15 mins walk from Dublin City Centre and the school. Available only to Horner School students so you will be living in a safe and secure location with 1 or 2 other adult students, also attending the school. Layout – Two Bedroom Apartments
| Bedroom One: | Double bed, set of bed linen and double duvet, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp, mirror etc. |
| Bedroom Two: | Double bed, set of bed linen and double duvet, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, lamp, mirror etc. |
| Bathroom: | Shower, bath, toilet, wash basin and litter bin. Bath towels and hand towels are supplied. |
| Living Area: | Open-plan living area with two sofas. Includes coffee table, television, wooden floors, spot lighting etc. |
| Dining Area: | Open-plan dining area with circular dining table and 4 chairs. |
| Kitchen: | Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob and extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. Four sets of cutlery and crockery are provided. There is also a clothes horse for airing clothes, iron and ironing board, mop, sweeping brush and a vacuum cleaner. |
Arrival: On Saturday or Sunday (times by arrangement). You will be met at Dublin Airport and transferred to the apartment. This service costs and additional €70.00 and is the only way to arrange for collection of the keys to the property.
Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned before your arrival and ready for occupation.
Departure: On Saturday or Sunday, school staff will arrange to return keys etc.
Extra Night Rate: On a pro-rata basis subject to availability.
You will be invoiced in advance for the full period of your accommodation booking. A refundable security deposit of €150.00 will be payable at school (on the first day) to cover repairs or additional cleaning that may be required at the end of your booking. The balance of the security deposit will be returned upon departure, subject to property being in good order.
All bookings are subject to H.S.E. Administration charge of EUR €51.00.
