Afternoon Visit to The Old Jameson Distillery. Take a tour of the distillery to learn about the craft of whiskey making. The tour ends at the Jameson Bar where you can taste the whiskey. Meet outside the Dublinia Exhibition (Beside Christchurch Cathedral, top of Dame St.) at 14.25

Visit Dublin Castle, The State Apartments, Undercroft & Royal Chapel. Dublin Castle is located in the centre of Dublin City. A Viking Fortress originally stood at this site, a portion of which is on view at the Undercroft. During later times Dublin Castle was the seat of English rule in Ireland. Meeting at the Central Bank Plaza, corner of Dame Street & Fownes Street 14.30 hrs

Newgrange & Boyne Valley Day Tour
Newgrange is one of the most extraordinary prehistoric sites in Europe, a passage grave or burial chamber dating back to pre-Christian times. The chamber is precisely built in order to get maximum sunlight during sunrise on Summer and Winter solstice. This is a very interesting tour. Sign your name & pay for the tour as early as possible (Tue/Wed or Thur) then collect your tickets from the school office on Friday.

Afternoon visit to the Guinness Storehouse where you will learn about the craft of Guinness brewing. You will also visit the panoramic bar at the top of the building for a free pint of the “black stuff”. Meet outside the Dublinia Exhibition (beside Christchurch Cathedral) at 14.20
