Afternoon Visit Guinness Storehouse. Afternoon visit to the New Guinness Storehouse where you will learn about the craft of Guinness brewing. You will also visit the panoramic bar at the top of the building for a free pint of the “black stuff”.

Afternoon Visit Dublin Castle..  Dublin Castle is located in the centre of Dublin City.  A Viking Fortress originally stood at this site , a portion of which is on view at the “Undercroft”(basement of the castle).  During later times Dublin Castle became the seat of English rule in Ireland.

Full Day Guided Coach Tour Glendalough and Co Wicklow Bus Tour (1 Day Tour)

Full day guided coach tour to Glendalough and Co Wicklow.  Glendalough is Irish for “valley of the two lakes” .  We will also visit Powerscourt House one of the most beautiful country estates in Ireland.

Afternoon Visit to The Old Jameson Distillery. Take a tour of the distillery to learn about the craft of whiskey making.  The tour ends at the Jameson Bar where you can taste the whiskey.

Full Day Guided Coach Tour to Newgrange & Boyne Valley (1 Day Tour)

Newgrange is one of the most extraordinary prehistoric sites in Europe, a passage grave or burial chamber dating back to pre-Christian times. The chamber is very precisely built in order to get maximum sunlight during sunrise on Summer and Winter solstice.  In the Boyne Valley area there are three huge passage tombs, which have been excavated and are open to the public.  This is a very interesting tour !

Afternoon Visit Number 29 Lower Fitzwilliam Street, a restored Georgian house of the late 18th Century.  At this house you will see how a typical middle class family lived in the year 1790.  Video & guided tour of the house.

Evening of live music with a live band, upstairs at the School Pub.  The music will start at 20.30 and finish at 22.30 hrs.  You must be at least 18 years old to attend this event.

Galway City & The West of Ireland Including a coach tour to The Cliffs of Moher.

Friday afternoon: Depart Dublin at 14.00 hrs.  Coach to Galway City.  Arrive Galway City 18.00 hrs approx.  Check in to Hostel Accommodation.  Evening walking tour of Galway City & Galway Pubs.  Saturday :   Depart Galway at 10.00hrs visit Cliffs of Moher & the Burren Region.  Return to Galway City approx 17.30hrs.  Depart Galway City at 18.30 to Dublin.  Arrive Dublin 21.00hrs (Saturday Evening).

Afternoon visit Dublinia & Christchurch The Dublinia Exhibition recreates life in Viking Dublin from 1170 to 1540.  You will see a life size recreation of a merchant’s house and the riverside at Wood Quay.  You can also climb the 17th century tower for a unique, panoramic view of Modern Dublin.  This tour includes a visit to Christchurch Cathedral and the crypt underneath the cathedral.

Evening Greyhound Racing at Shelbourne Stadium (See Map).  The racing starts at 20.00 and finishes at 22.20 hrs.  Facilities at the stadium include an indoor viewing area and outdoor stand.  Full bar and restaurant.  You can place a 1 Euro bet on each race or just watch the action.

Irish Dance Party  at the Temple Bar Pub.  2 hrs of Irish music & dancing at the Oliver St. John Gogerty Pub.  Listen to Irish Musicians playing Irish Bodhran (drum), & Uilleann Pipes. Learn some basic Irish group dances from professional Irish dancers in a fun and relaxed way. Listen to stories about the history of Irish Music.   

Depart Friday Afternoon 31 July -  Return Sunday Evening 02 August 2009 

West of Ireland – Tour: Transport by Coach, 2 nights Hostel Accommodation and all your guided tours….  Friday afternoon: Depart Dublin at 14.00 hrs.  Coach Transfer to Lisdoonvarna, Co. Clare . Check in to Sleepzone Hostel, Visit Doolin for evening music session.  Saturday Cliffs of Moher & Galway City stay at Sleepzone Hostel in Connemara.  Sunday full day touring in Connemara Region and return back to Dublin by coach at 20.30 hrs.
