Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate you will be a critical part of the company’s mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers.

In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires significant phone, e-mail and chat communication with customers, utilising a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions. You will deal with customers across Ireland and UK, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone, email and chat.
