Erasmus+ English For the Workplace: This dynamic course will focus on the English language skills required by educational administrators. Participants will gain further confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English. This courses focuses on cultural awareness and the skills often required for work within the administration section of an international educational institution.

Language Development & English for the Workplace
This Erasmus+ English for the Workplace Course, provides 25 lessons each week: 20 lessons are delivered in an internationally mixed group, (5 morning classes). An extra 5 lessons are taken over 2 afternoons. The morning lessons aim to improve your overall English language ability and level. The 5 afternoon lessons focus on “English for the Workplace” and are tailored to your specific requirements (according to a “Needs Analysis” questionnaire to be completed by you before your arrival).

- Social Interaction and engagement across cultures. International partnerships.
- Managing conflict and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Handling sensitive issues.
- Formal & informal communication strategies.
- Encouraging and developing entrepreneurship and leadership qualities in staff and students.
- Interview Skills – Interviewing & being interviewed.
Further possible topics:
- Climate change, environmental responsibility and the circular economy, within education
- Renewable energies and new technologies.
- Speaking about EU integration, compliance with European and national standards.

We offer a full administrative backup, including an Accommodation Officer and Academic Director to monitor your progression. Each lesson is equal to 50 mins. Course Textbooks are available at the school. Monday is the starting day for all courses. When Monday is a public holiday, Tuesday is the starting day.
