Taxi’s are located just outside the main door of the Airport, taxis are available 24 hrs. Taxi’s are licensed and regulated. You are entitled to a printed receipt at the end of your journey (by Irish Law), so remember to always ask for the printed receipt. The cost of your journey will be clearly displayed on the taxi meter throughout your journey. The taxi drivers name and licence number are also displayed within the cab and on the printed receipt. You will not be hassled by unregulated drivers or other persons offering transfer services. The Taxi Service is well run and is relatively easy to take a taxi from Dublin Airport to your accommodation.
Horner School – Airport Transfer Service
The third option is to pre book a private transfer from Dublin Airport to your accommodation. The Horner School of English transfer service from Dublin Airport to host family or alternative accommodation costs €100.00 for an arrival transfer. Students booking this extra service will be met by a representative of the school and transferred to their accommodation.
